Zamalek x Pumpui 'Lime Tea'

Lime iced tea inspired by Thailand's refreshing Cha manao or lime iced tea, traditionally made with strong black tea, lime juice, and sugar. Zamalek's version, a collab with Montreal's legendary thai restaurant Pumpui, includes hibiscus bien sur, and a touch of cardamom. Delicate, refreshing, and sweetly aromatic. Beautiful over ice. 

That hint of vanilla you're getting might come from the tea itself (thai tea is often flavoured w/ vanilla, and even dyed, to get that signature amber colour), or it could just be the magic of cardamom :) 

Pumpui is a restaurant close to Zamalek's heart - the original hibiscus tea was developed and possibly even first served (?) inside those walls. We love to see this legendary link-up!
