The Wild Folk Vermouth Spritz, reminiscent of the floral and herbal profiles of French vermouth, both sweet and dry, balances delicate citrus and camomile aromatics with the bassier ginger and coriander. A golden brew for all seasons, this drink can take the chill off a winter night or recall the promises of early spring. 

Something about the mellow ginger combined with the green hop and basil note took me back to a certain vermouth/amaro bar, drinking a sweet digestif that reminded me of seeing early spring rain running down rock faces in our coastal forests, soaking into moss and feeding early flowers and grasses. Damn!

This drink works perfectly poured over ice, but could also take further mods well - throw in some bitters, or dilute further with soda or tonic. Gorgeous in your finest stemware, throw a sprig in there and you have yourself a neat little treat.
