Wildeye Brewing x Thomas Haas Chocolate ‘Easy Stout’

This delicious chocolate-infused non-alcoholic Stout is a special collaboration with a North Vancouver culinary icon Thomas Haas Chocolates.

For over 20 years Thomas Haas has been making exceptional chocolates and patisseries out of his original location in a quiet corner of the North Van industrial waterfront (Jonathan, a North Van boy himself, even worked there for a holiday season, affixing bows to boxes and the like.) 

Using the same chocolate Thomas Haas uses, this Stout is super smooth and rich without any cloying malt notes. The subtle earth and tang of chocolate compliments the malt of the beer beautifully. A nice treat for dark beer lovers. 

Wildeye Brewing have been quietly making super tasty beers in a discreet corner of North Vancouver since 2019. 

Their non alc beers have been in development for a few years now, and it was certainly worth the wait.
