Cacao nibs -roasted and crushed pieces of cacao beans- are a crunchy and pleasantly bitter cacao product you can use as a topping or garnish.

High in fiber, magnesium, and zinc, and naturally low in sugar. Pleasantly earthy and fruity, and of course texturally delightful. 

Sprinkle on drinks with foams or whipped cream toppings, or put it on oatmeal or baked goods. 

They can also be directly infused in hot water for a delightful chocalatey beverage with no calories and plenty of flavour.
