Timemore Fish Electric Kettle 600ml

An excellent variable temperature electric gooseneck kettle from Taiwan's coffee-world movers and shakers at Timemore. 600ml capacity and 1500W, it boils water as fast as it gets, maintains your desire temperature, and doesn't sputter or spit thanks to it's unique patented dripless double lid design. It also has a really cool pour that somehow falls straight down with almost no arc, something coffee pour over heads will certainly love, and those of us aiming for tiny pots will be just as delighted with. 

We love it because it's one of the very few kettles on the market where there is zero contact between your water and any plastic component. This shouldn't be hard to find, and yet! It also maintains it's keep-warm target temperature maintaining in between picking up and putting the kettle back down on its base, something that anyone brewing tea through more than one infusion will certainly appreciate. And also bizarrely hard to find amongst otherwise standup brands and kettles. Finally, no beeps! No beeps. Speaks for itself.... silence.
