The Qi - Shangri La Rose

The Qi offers carefully sourced and processed whole flowers for brewing whole as a tea.

These flowers are very subtle and delicate in flavour. Their appeal is their beauty, and their function in a meditative practice. They add a poetic elegance to moments of meditation or simply slowing down and taking time for yourself.

These roses have been carefully harvested whole. They come from Shangri La - a place so beautiful it now stands in as a phrase meaning a paradise or ecological utopia. Shangri-La is located in Northwestern Yunnan province in China, in the Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The rose gardens are located more than 3000m above sea level.

Roses are originally from China, although they have been bred over the centuries to suit our aromatic and aesthetic preferences. 

Organically grown, no preservatives. 

We suggest brewing in a glass vessel so you can watch the flower re-hydrate and float. Infuse up to 3 times in one session.
