Premium bitters showcasing ingredients of cultural significance in Japan. These bitters feature shiso grown in Chiba prefecture, near Tokyo.
Shiso is a plant in the mint family that can be used in sweet and savoury culinary applications. It has a beautiful perfumed scent that is both bright and yet vegetal and herbaceous.
It would pair well in delicate drinks that incorporate herbal or floral aromas, such as cocktails using gin or tequila. (Non-alcoholic spirits available, of course.) Theoretically they could be used in drinks using white vermouth as well, to add another aromatic layer.

NOTE: These cocktail bitters are made using alcohol. Only a few drops are intended to be used per drink. Those wishing to avoid alcohol altogether should not use these bitters. The ABV (alcohol by volume) on these is 28%.
