Studio Italiano is a line of delightful non-alcoholic wines from northern Italy made by Kolonne/Null, Berlin-based non alc wizards.
This de-alcoholised rosato is fresh, with lots of juicy red fruit - strawberry, cherry, cranberry, thimbleberry, your favourite berry, etc. Very light and delicate, enough acidity to complement your meal but mellow enough to sip on its own. Crisp and crunchy character.
The rosato (rosé) is a blend of Pinot Nero (pinot noir) and Vernatsch, aka Schiava Grosso, aka Trollinger. Fermented and aged in stainless to protect clean bright aromatics.
