St Agrestis are Italian aperitivo/digestivo specialists. They are famous for their 'Phony Negroni' but got their start as a distillery making artisanal amaro, so they know a thing or two around bitter botanicals.
In making a non-alcoholic version of this complex drink, St. Agrestis handle all processing of botanicals in house, sourcing their own organic inputs (bitter roots, spices, herbs) and distilling/extracting/blending to spec.
Less bitter than their negroni lineup but with complexity and earthiness; a lovely pre or post dinner sipper.
Bubbly and brightly spiced, tangy, moreish, complex and pugnacious. Reminiscent of a truly great cola, the harmony of acid, bite, bitterness and zest is truly hitting. Reminiscent of many of the stalwart amari of Italian fame, it has an earthy bittersweet tenor that will be instantly recognizable to fans of Lucano, Cynar or Ramazzotti.
