Spinnaker's Brewery in Esquimalt pulls this out of the ground from their own well. They don't actually use the water in their beer because the mineral content throws the flavours off, so they save it for their mineral waters and sodas. We prefer to taste it "au naturel" (eau??? Naturel?) so we sell the 'unflavoured' stuff. Local minerals.
