Sober Carpenter Craft Cider

A crisp, clean and classic hard cider in non-alcoholic form from one of Quebec's premiere non-alcoholic breweries, Sober Carpenter. Tangy, green, nothing but apple, this cider reads nice and dry with the perfect balance of acid and fruit notes. Great from the can, great in a glass, great over ice -- honestly this cider is better than just about every commercially available hard cider you'd typically find in the government liquor store, and definitely it's leagues apart of Growers and other fake 'alco-pop' style quote unquote ciders.

We have many excellent apple based beverages we love from local craft cideries, but this ticks the very rare box of being truly fermented and de-alcoholised. Goodbye sugar, likewise so long alcohol that will just metabolize back into sugar -- this is true fruit wine, easy to drink and readily dress-upable (shot of blackcurrent concentrate anyone? better yet, perhaps a dram of local Haskap cordial?).
