SideBar - Secret Cove Lime

A complex non-alcoholic cocktail with intensity, depth, and a hint of bitterness. It's also uniquely uncarbonated, i.e., no bubbles. 

This is a brand new drink that's been in the works for a couple years now, made here in BC, and inspired by the many landscapes found here, from fruit orchards to coastal rainforests. 

Stonefruit and citrus anchor the drink, and aromatics like juniper and cardamom add a green and resinous edge. Peach, apricot and elderflower five aromatic lift. Unique, refreshing, and intriguing. 

For fans of: aperitivo drinks (this is refreshing and a little bitter from juniper), or also enjoyers of Sidecars or Whiskey Sours, due to the woodsiness in combination with fresh citrus.

Service suggestions: 

We suggest chilling and pouring directly into your favourite cocktail glass - 1 can goes beautifully 2 ways. 

You can also use Secret Cove Lime as a base for a sparkling wine cocktail - it's a little pine-y and very fresh. Add a splash then top with sparkling wine of choice (non-alcoholic or not!)
