Roots Divino Aperitif Bianco

An herbaceous Mediterranean vermouth-style aperitif made with Greek herbs and Greek wine. Roots Divino’s bianco vermouth features rosemary, thyme, and wormwood for a green and yet still very refreshing taste experience. 

Mix with tonic for a refreshing herbal alternative to a G&T. Mix with olive brine and soda water for a savoury ‘dirty martini’ inspired drink.

*Vermouth is an aperitif made with wine and flavoured with plants - this one is de-alcoholised wine, that is then flavoured with plants. 

About the brand

Roots was founded in 2013 by two Greek brothers seeking to make quality herbal liqueurs, both with and without alcohol. With a family connection to Greece’s oldest distillery, they have ties to the beverage industry going back to 1850. All of their products feature botanicals grown in Greece, including traditional native species. Multiple award winning and at the forefront of European non-alcoholic vermouth culture.
