Noughty White is the flagship non-alc still white from the UK’s esteemed Thomson & Scott. A blend of 55% Chenin blanc and 45% chardonnay make a fresh and medium bodied dry white wine. Dry-farmed grapes are cold fermented then given time on the lees before gentle de-alcoholisation under vacuum to preserve aromatics.
Floral aromatics like honeysuckle and jasmine lead to chamomile, honey, and yellow apple on the palate. Fresh, smooth-textured, easy going. Sure to please a range of tastes.
