Nivers No. 02

Nivers make dynamic and engaging tea-based wine-like non-alcoholic beverages in the gastronomic heart (or stomach) of France in Lyon. From a base of verjus, or underripe grape juice brimming with tangy aliveness, sourced in the Dordogne, they elaborate a premium, single origin tea-based concoction with an aim to provide a maximum of food friendly complexity.

Nivers No. 02 targets a profile of herbaceousness and freshness. Vibrant, fresh and mouth-watering.Fresh herbal notes give way to nuances of tangy plum and kaffir lime, followed by a subtle spicy note and a lingering saline impression.

Low in sugar, naturally alcohol free, fermented, macerated and infused. Ingredients include: Premium Japanese green teas (Kyushu Island), verjuice, kombucha culture, raspberry leaf, maté, mimosa and fucus extracts.

Caffeine content of the finished beverage is said to be negligible.
