A dark red with a fun-yet-grown-up flavor profile and a delightful effervescence. Fade To Black is Muri’s sparkling cuvée of fermented red currants, chamomile kefir, fig leaf and pine needle kvass.
Fade to Black is built upon a red and black currant piquette, fermented with pichia kluyveri yeast, providing structure through juicy fruit flavours and subtle tannins. This foundation is enhanced by chamomile water kefir, bringing soft floral notes and bright acidity, and sourdough starter kvass, infused with fig leaves and pine needles to add earthy depth and a slight sourdough tang. These micro-fermentations are carefully blended in stainless steel tanks, then pasteurized and carbonated to 2.5 bar, delivering a smooth, balanced sparkling experience.
