Brass Monkey 'Dry Side of the Moon' Pilsner

A German style lager with mild floral aromas. Delicately hopped with Czech Saaz Hops for a clean crisp drinking experience. 100 percent Saanich grown barley malt shines in this clean, crisp Pils.

About the brewery:

Brass Monkey, aka the brewery formerly known as Moon Under Water, has been brewing on site at their brewpub in Victoria, BC since 2012. They fly under the radar, just making solid beers year after year. 

They launched their 'Dry Side of the Moon' non-alcoholic series in 2023 to much praise. 

Each of the beers uses 100% organic Vancouver Island grown barley in the malt from Field Five Farm just outside Victoria. No preservatives are added to their beers.
