Brass Monkey 'Dry Side of the Moon' IPA

A dry-hopped IPA using a blend of Cascade, Amarillo, and Citra hops for a nice mix of tropical notes (mango, passionfruit) plus bright and tangy notes of peach and citrus to finish fresh and easy going.

Same recipe as used in their brewery's previous identity as "Moon Under Water". 

About the brewery:

Brass Monkey, aka the brewery formerly known as Moon Under Water, has been brewing on site at their brewpub in Victoria, BC since 2012. They fly under the radar, just making solid beers year after year. 

They launched their 'Dry Side of the Moon' non-alcoholic series in 2023 to much praise. 

Each of the beers uses 100% organic Vancouver Island grown barley in the malt from Field Five Farm just outside Victoria. No preservatives are added to their beers.
