Classic cava grapes like Macabeo and Xarell-lo are blended to make an easy going and bright bubbly with a touch of residual sugar to temper the acid. Notes of lemon and pineapple. Off dry but balanced, from a company who are professionally invested in making tasty sparkling wine.

About the Brand

MedBubbles is the project of Cofama Vins, a company that works with multiple growers and vinifiers in Catalonia, Spain. They are Cava specialists, with a number of different sparkling releases to their name, but this is their first alcohol-free offering.

Most if not all of their wines are made from juice from organic vineyards in various DOs (denominacion de origen) in Catalonia.
