A fresh and aromatic non-alcoholic white wine from Languedoc in the sunny south of France. Medium body and abounding with varietal aromatic character, it is richly flavoured with tropical fruit notes characteristic of it's hotter southern climate, but balanced with a complex herbaceousness that gives balance and finesse.
Gentled de-alcoholized under vacuum, it's the perfect pairing for lighter proteins, fresh salads, or simply a summer's evening in the park.
