Is it Scotch? Is it Gin? Feragaia is a completely singular take on the botanical distilled non-alc spirit that could only hail from a far-flung fjord on the edge of the Old World's earth. Harnessing 12 distinct and listed botanicals, many grown on-site in their own distillery's grounds, and combining elements of ocean, earth, and exotic spice. Feragaia is all natural (no "flavours", just ingredients), completely unsweetened (zero grams sugar), and without alcohol (0.0% ABV).
Drink unmixed over ice, or add tonic or other mixers for a unique and complex cocktail.
So, is this earthy, smoke-touched brown distallate whiskey? Say the makers:
"Our ambition was twofold. Firstly, to create a spirit for people who don’t drink and have no interest in existing spirit categories, and secondly to offer something uncompromising to those who do drink but sometimes seek an alternative. Feragaia is naturally amber in colour and is made in the Scottish Lowlands. Therefore, whisky is the most frequent comparison. Whilst we take inspiration from the whisky style of drinking, Feragaia is not based on a whisky and bears no resemblance in taste."
