A classic non-alc spritz for those who like their drinks with a bitter bite. Halfway between an aperol spritz and a campari soda, ISH use real french gentian root & quassia bark (sometimes used in tonic water) to build the bitterness, which is then tempered by a medley of citrus.
We like that the bitterness is actually really present here - unlike some so called ‘bittersweet’ drinks which are mostly just sweet.
A really good non-alcoholic aperol spritz style drink!
Pour over ice or enjoy straight from the can - even better with salty snacks like olives and charcuterie. Cin cin! :)
