Gutsy Fermented Ginger Beer - Guava

Ginger beer fermented with kombucha culture, flavoured with real guava puree. So delicious! And no caffeine, just probiotic goodness.

Gutsy uses less sugar than other kombucha and ginger beers, and nothing but real ingredients - just a hit of real guava puree - no added ‘flavours’. Guava’s tropical flavour tames the heat of ginger beautifully - but it’s subtle and “not too sweet”.  

Mellow, tasty, refreshing.

About the brand

Gutsy is what you get when you take a guy who is burnt out on his corporate job and let him take a little soul searching getaway. There, he stops in a cafe and tries a house-brewed kombucha so delicious he decides to re-orient his whole life around the pursuit of good kombucha. 

Unable to find one he likes as much as that fateful holiday glass, he decides to start a kombucha company. He does the smart thing and recruits help - the brewer of the original kombucha, and a herablist to help develop flavour combos using tons of plant ingredients. Thus, Gutsy was born in 2017 in Montreal. 

The product line has since expanded to include their fermented ginger beers. 

All of their products are unpasteurized, preserving the probiotic benefits, thus, they must be refrigerated all times or they run the risk of further fermentation.
