Glimmer Sparkling Rosé

Brand new from Glimmer, a sophisticated, super-dry, mineral-driven non-alcoholic sparkling rosé. It offers an ethereal suggestion of red fruit like pomegranate and strawberry on the nose, but lean minerality on the palate. 

Deep in colour but not very fruity at all. Intriguing, pensive, dry dry dry. Sophisticated, with a very fine mousse.

Blend: 72% Cabernet, 14% Merlot, 13% Syrah, 1% Muscat

*For the technical wine lovers out there, the wine is actually made with the charmat method, aka, the carbonation is introduced before bottling - it just works better this way for de-alcoholised wines.
