Frostbites Syrup Co Switchel Syrup 250ml

Before there was lemonade there was switchel, a refreshing and hydrating drink made from vinegar, usually sweetened and flavoured.

This one is sweetened with BC Honey, and gets its acidity from unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar. Ginger rounds out the experience, for something somehow both comforting and invigorating.

It’s only in recent years that agriculture and modern distribution networks have made fruits from other climates widely available and affordable. 

This syrup can be added to hot and cold drinks. Herbal tea? Soda water? Cocktails? Your call.

About the brand:

Frost Bite Syrup Co is based in Squamish, BC. They source as much of their fruit as possible from local growers, and often only when it’s fresh and in-season. (They do like to get creative with their flavours so in some cases you’ll see tropical fruits and imported herbs/spices used here and there)
