Frostbites Syrup Co Elderflower Cordial 118ml

Frost Bite handpick elderflowers themselves every spring from an organic elderflower farm in the British Columbia’s Fraser Valley.

The flowers are steeped over a few days to capture their powerful and yet subtle aromatics - no dried flowers are used. This means this is a limited production run - once it’s gone, we have to wait until next year to enjoy this aromatic treat!   

Elderflower cordial is stunning in cocktails - with or without alcohol to your taste, of course. Especially lovely with drinks involving sparkling wine or gin - or you can add a dash to your desserts. Soaking a cake in syrup? Why not add a dash of elderflower? Beautiful.

Non-alcoholic Hugo spritz recipe

in a wine glass half-filled with ice, add:

1/2 oz elderflower cordial
4oz de-alcoholised sparkling wine of your choice 
1oz / splash soda water 
garnish with sprig of mint or wheel of lime

In general, 1/2 oz to 1oz is more than enough to make one drink - you could use even less if using as an accent, not a key player.
