Flein Blaufrankisch 2025 Organic Grape Juice

Juice, just juice! Or as we like to say, unfermented wine? 100% nothing added nothing removed biodynamic Blaufrankisch grape juice grown and hand-picked by celebrated natural winemaker Weninger in the Austrian Alps. The best grape juice you've ever had? The best grape juice *I've* ever had, that's for sure. Aromatic, high acid, with a long piercing finish - perhaps unsurprisingly this is extremely food friendly and would complement a spicy Thai takeaway feast incredibly well. 

Horitschon, in the Mittelburgenland region of Austria, does Blaufrankisch supremely well. A delicate, thin skinned grape that open makes lighter, higher acid reds that love a chill - although it can express in dark and deeply concentrated ways as well. This is a lighter expression, as the colour clearly shows, but it bursts with flavour and intensity all the same. 

If it's not blasphemous to suggest, it does make a phenomenal spritz as well - it's concentration lends to a flavourful mix into soda.
