Fin Soda Haskap Berry

Haskap is a sleeper-hit on the come-up in the cold-tolerant seasonal fruit world. Native to the circumpolar boggy regions of the world, across North America, Japan, Russia and Europe, this honeysuckle species is relatively new to cultivation but certainly won't remain unknown for long. The oblong, blueberry-esque fruits are tangy and deeply pigmented, the perfect profile for a sophisticated wine-like sipper.

Fin have applied their bartender's touch to balance this unique fruit with fir and cedar, a foresty spice that hangs like menthol in the mix and gives a depth and interest that you will appreciate.
