Empress 1908 0.0 Indigo Non-Alcoholic Gin

Victoria Distilling’s iconic Empress 1908 Indigo gin took the world by storm with its premium botanical gin naturally coloured with butterfly pea flowers. They’re set to do it all over again with this beautiful 0.0% botanical non-alcoholic ‘spirit’ 

0.0 Indigo is citrus forward with a touch of juniper and a suggestion of warming spices and ginger on the finish. Light and bright, but with enough body for “spirit forward” cocktails, not just long drinks. 

Fans of the ‘original’ will note the flavour is not an exact replica - and that would never even exactly be possible. Alcohol itself impacts how botanicals extract and how aromas are carried and perceived, so the process to make a 0% ‘spirit’ is totally different, so inevitably the result will be as well. The end product is still very much delicious and spiritous, and will enable hours of fun behind the bar making all shades of blue, indigo, and violet cocktails to your heart’s content. 

Store away from light and heat to extend the butterfly pea flower’s colour life.
