About the brand
It's not a mocktail! It's an expertly balanced non-alcoholic cocktail. Edna's is the brainchild of award-winning Vancouver bartender Nick Devine, whose 30 years of beverage championship and various drink manufacturing products have led him to these classic but sophisticated concoctions.
Each one tackles a foundational drink of the boozy sipper world. Carefully small-batch prepared with all natural juices, shrubs, extracts & oils to create complex, structured, characterful adaptations of their alcoholic aliases.
Using extracts of real spirits but not a drop of the alcohol that originally carried their flavours, these drinks are delicious and sophisticated. Enjoy as they are, or reintroduce the ABV to your level of choice.
