Dr. Zero Zero 'Amarno'

This zero proof 'amaro' is an earthy and sweet alcohol free digestivo - perfect in pre and post dinner drinks, or sipped neat or on ice. 

Botanicals used include Wormwood, Chinese rhubarb, orange, and sage. 

Drunk neat, it's quite savory, with earth and woodsy notes coming to the fore. Diluted in soda, the more delicate aromatics come forward and it reads fruitier and lighter. 

Fans of 'real' amaro might enjoy this one - similar in body and intensity to Cynar, it makes a beautiful spritz, or is great for mixing with. 

Over ice or neat, there's lots going on here and unlike some alcohol free products, it's actually super enjoyable to sip on its own. If you are a fan of an after dinner drink or enjoy bittersweet/herbal beverages, you will enjoy having a bottle of this in your fridge.

Amaro, Italy's favourite bittersweet digestivo, has many styles and makers. This 'amarno' comes from Trieste in the Northeast of Italy, and was released in December 2022.
