Divin 'Vigneron' Series Sauvignon Blanc

A sophisticated Sauvignon Blanc from Divin's premium 'Vigneron' line.

This wine is made from IGP Val de Loire juice from Divin's best Touraine vineyards, made from low-yield old vines.

A portion of the wine is aged on fine lees in oak barrels and the rest in stainless, resulting in a wine with texture and dimension.

Mineral driven with fresh acidity, this wine is beautiful alongside a range of dishes - especially lemony seafood dishes. Vanilla, gooseberry, and lemon. 

No added flavours or thickeners. 2023 vintage. 

A high-water mark for non-alc white wine, this is one we love and recommend whole- heartedly. 

About Divin

A family-owned operation with 100 hectares of vineyards in France’s Loire Valley, primarily around the Touraine area. Their ‘vigneron’ series sees them using primarily old-vine fruit from select vineyards to create wines of greater intensity and complexity, with the aim of retaining some of this nuance post-de-alcoholisation. 

They specialize in classic Loire valley grapes such as Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon blanc. These varieties excel in this mineral-driven cool climate region, and Divin take great care to retain their natural potential for freshness, acidity, and texture.
