Divin 0.0 Sauvignon Blanc

A very light, lean, mineral, delicate sauv blanc. Like diving in to a cool pool or floating down a clean river. Light bodied and "watery", in the best way possible. 

Stands in contrast to the very fruity lemon/lime/peach style favoured in New Zealand - if you prefer that style, perhaps give Pyrène or Lautus a try. Equally interesting in contract to Divin's own exceptional 'Vignerons series' Sauvignon Blanc, which exhibits pronounced barrel and aged (autolytic notes resulting from battonage or lees stirring), this wine is beautifully gentle.
