Developed by a Michelin-starred sommelier to pair in their restaurant in, where else, Copenhagen, the Copenhagen Sparkling Teas are a sophisticated and engaging wine-substitute that derive complexity from expertly brewed and blended teas combined with grapes and select botanicals. While lots of non-alc wines make great sparkling wines overall, these really come together to hit some more champagne-like notes: complex, full-bodied, engaging the full spectrum of flavour and aroma and with a long, gripping finish that meshes perfectly with food.
The Lysogron version hits those sparkling white wine notes, with notes of sencha green tea, darjeeling and lemon delivering crisp, crunchy and tart textures and flavours.
