Developed by a Michelin-starred sommelier to pair in their restaurant in, where else, Copenhagen, the Copenhagen Sparkling Teas are a sophisticated and engaging wine-substitute that derive complexity from expertly brewed and blended teas combined with grapes and select botanicals. While lots of non-alc wines make great sparkling wines overall, these really come together to hit some more champagne-like notes: complex, full-bodied, engaging the full spectrum of flavour and aroma and with a long, gripping finish that meshes perfectly with food.

Bla expresses similar to a sparkling aromatic wine such as moscatel or gewurztraminer, combining the fresh florality of jasmine tea tea with the robust but gentle body of a white silver needle tea and darjeeling.
