Brass Monkey Brewing 'Dry Side of the Moon' Hefeweizen

A beautiful and unique non-alcoholic Hef in the Germanic style. Good body, big banana bread and honey notes. Beautiful yeast/malt flavour, but not cloying or heavy. The esters are present! Really cool alternative to your usual non-alc.

About the brewery:

Brass Monkey, aka the brewery formerly known as Moon Under Water, has been brewing on site at their brewpub in Victoria, BC since 2012. They fly under the radar, just making solid beers year after year. 

They launched their 'Dry Side of the Moon' non-alcoholic series in 2023 to much praise. 

Each of the beers uses 100% organic Vancouver Island grown barley in the malt from Field Five Farm just outside Victoria. No preservatives are added to their beers.
