Ace Hill Non-Alc Pilsner

Aromatics are floral, bitterness is well-integrated. A solid craft non-alcoholic pilsner from a small Toronto craft brewery.

It does appear that they've backsweetened it with invert sugar, which is somewhat odd, but the result is pretty balanced and no doubt contributes to the smooth and rounded malt flavour. 

About the Brand

Ace Hill's founder got his start as a brewer as a homebrewer in the 2010s. His homebrew projects grew in size and ambition over the years, to the point where he even experimented with growing his own hops. (With all respect to homebrewers, the more common approach would be to buy unidentifiable little pellets from the homebrew store that an alien would be shocked to learn comes from plants.) Taking the plunge to make things official, he founded Ace Hill with two friends in 2016.
