Bellwoods have a bit of a reputation for their lineup of Jelly King beers at this point, with a panoply of rotating fruited versions swirling around at all times. What a treat to have a 0.5% version with just as much satisfying aroma and flavour.
In their words, it’s the bacteria and yeasts doing most of the work to create complex fruity aromas and flavours in their full strength beers, so luckily those can be harnessed to good effect even without the alcohol.
Dry-hopping creates naturally peachy aromas and a beautiful tang on the palate.
If you liked this one, check out their non-alcoholic Jelly King conditioned on raspberries and blackberries. :)
0.5% ABV

About Bellwoods Brewery
Founded in 2012 in Toronto, Bellwoods has built a small craft empire in a short span of time. Originally a small brewpub in the heart of the city, brewing (and barrel ageing) now happens at their facility in North York, but they still hold down a couple retail shops in the city.
Not defined by any one style of beer, Bellwoods is known to play around, but with a healthy stack of barrels in rotation they’re often exploring unique ales and interesting sours. That having been said their beers run the gamut, so you can expect to find a crispy lager (their words) or an aromatic IPA in the mix as well.
