The Pathfinder

A hemp-basedd botanical non-alcoholic spirit with unique complexity and intense character. 

A base of fermented and distilled hemp essence is supported by ingredients much-beloved in folk medicine, such as wormwood, angelica root, ginger and sage. Earthy depth, with a refreshing pine-y note on the finish. It’s earthy, but not as intensely bitter as something like fernet.

HOW TO USE

It’s delicious straight, or easily mixes with a splash of soda or tonic. Sub for amaro or fernet in your favourite cocktails and see how you like it, or simply pour a dram after dinner for something to unique to sip on that actually functions like a digestif is intended to. (i.e., settles the stomach, relaxes the mind.) 

ABOUT THE BRAND

The Pathfinder is now made in Portland OR but first showed up on the scene in 2021 in a Seattle bar called Life on Mars. Bottles were passed around between bartenders and bottleshops in Seattle until a bit of a cult following formed. This is truly one for the amaro heads and bitter bev enjoyers.
