Lurisia 'Aranciata' Orange Soda

'Aranciata' is the OG Fanta, the OG Orange Crush. In Italy of course it would be made with real orange juice and/or extracts, to get that complex rind flavour. 

Fonte Santa Barbara di Lurisia is a natural spring at the base of the alps, in Piemonte, and Lurisia is a soda company that uses the waters from that spring in the base of all of their sodas. 

Their 'aranciata' ('orange') soda uses the juice and peel of Gargano IGP oranges. 

This drink is refreshing on its own, over ice, or in mixed drinks.

It would make a nice subtle elevated alcohol free mimosa, just add non-alcoholic sparkling wine!
