The legends at Blood Brothers Brewing have cooked up an aromatic yet light bodied IPA. Barley, wheat, and oats on the grain bill result in texture and depth, but overall the beer is lighter in body than your typical "alcoholic" IPA. The hop profile, using Citra andHBC-638 from Yakima Valley, is pure juice and tang.
For those of you who abstain all the time, we salute you, and hope you enjoy this IPA from a great Ontario craft brewery. For those of you looking to mix one of these into a session, we salute you also- try a low or no alc beer from time to time to give longevity to your evening!
