Developed by a Michelin-starred sommelier to pair in their restaurant in, where else, Copenhagen, the Copenhagen Sparkling Teas are a sophisticated and engaging wine-substitute that derive complexity from expertly brewed and blended teas combined with grapes and select botanicals. While lots of non-alc wines make great sparkling wines overall, these really come together to hit some more champagne-like notes: complex, full-bodied, engaging the full spectrum of flavour and aroma and with a long, gripping finish that meshes perfectly with food.
The Lyserod flavour expresses similar to a sparkling rosé wine, combining semi-oxidized oolong tea with the freshness of a white silver needle tea and the tart red fruitiness of hibiscus to make a satisfying pink bubble.
