Wild stuff but unmistakably in the Belgian lineage, this brewed but not de-alcoholized non-alcoholic sour is creative and craveable. Rounded out with additions of chamomile and butterfly pea flower, it is grainy, tart and aromatic. Does what it says on the tin?
