Hibiscus and Prickly Pear flavoured 'adaptogenic sparkling water', from the ingenious and experimental minds at Vancouver's 33 Acres Brewing. Based off house made botanical extracts of hibiscus and prickly pear, as well as lemon zest, rose, and grains of paradise, this flavour is by far the most herbaceous and exotic of the lineup.
Subtle but dynamic, refreshing but intriguing, somehow the botanical ingredients combine to create a delicate but unmistakable overtone of woodsiness and spice. Almost amaro-like, reminiscent of old house favourites Casamara Club (IYKYK) in the unique balance between ethereal softness and pungent intensity. Chuggable, but ponderable at the same time. Tangy but not tart, neither a tea nor a purely aromatized water, they've almost built themselves a new genre of beverage here and we're frankly, so here for it. Wholeheartedly recommended, try them all.
