Normally we wouldn't endorse a pun like this but the wine is actually just one of the tastier ones we've tried, so we've let it slide. Another triumph of newly perfected vacuum de-alcoholisation techniques, this 100% Tempranillo sparkling rosé from La Mancha, Spain, is super fun and super on point. Very carbonated with wide gage bubbles, it's celebratory and it's fresh on the nose. It hits all those hard-to-put-your-finger on wine notes, like capital Wine, like oh yeah, this IS wine. Delicious and easy to love, we're all aboard.
