Stappi Red Bitter

The genre of tiny red bittersweet sodas is a common one in Italy. Sure, they're sweet, but they're less than 200ml and pretty bitter, so you want to sip it over ice and really savour the experience. The bitterness really does wake up the palate, meaning it's a perfect pre-dinner drink, or can pair well with rich foods. Similar to a Campari Soda but totally non-alcoholic.
