Shade-grown Japanese green tea is cold brewed then elaborated with the delicate aromatics provided by sweet wormwood leaf (not the same as the bitter kind used in absinthe), chrysasnthemum, and shiso - if ingredients were paints, this drink would be soft and expressive, like tea and flowers viewed through glass bricks. A hint of ume (plum) juice adds a touch of natural sweetness.
