Honestly, cheers. Canada's first domestic non-alcoholic wine couldn't come from better people in a better place. Direct from the Okanagan VQA aka Canada's Napa, a sparkling wine of character and place.

The ONES+ 2022 Sparkling Rosé is not your run of the mill UFO - unidentifiable flowing object. But curiously, it's not the de rigueur high-tech vacuum distilled table wine that's making waves overseas. Oh no! What we have here is a real noggin' scratcher. An enigma. A unique and gratifying undertaking. 

Made with BC Pinot and Chardonnay, the Sparkling Rosé is not at all sweet, light in body, and enigmatic like rosehip tea or grapefruit peel. Textural and clean, with a hint of pink peppercorn or distant berries on the nose, this is a smart wine for anyone who wants to keep their wits about them at dinner parties and picnics. Serve lightly chilled. Compared to the 2021 release, this rose offers a bit more of a 'wine-y' note, with a touch of yeast on the finish completing the experience.
