This drink is a fascinating one - it pours an enigmatic purple/grey and if blindfolded, would taste basically like unsweetened jasmine tea. 

This would be an excellent midday refresher - working in the garden, enjoying a quick lunch, looking for a refreshing cold tea treat. I imagine the colour shifts with the addition of further acid (you know the drill by now, with those purple butterfly pea flowers!!!) so the adventurous mixologist could have a bit of fun with this.
